受注生産商品は注文から約1ヶ月～1ヶ月半後を目途にお届けさせて頂きます。
□受注生産商品の注文に関して
・受注生産商品は、商品ページ内数量選択ボタン下に、"このアイテムは受注生産となります"との記載があるものが対象となります。
・受注生産商品と在庫販売商品をご一緒に購入頂いた際は、商品毎にお届け日が変わります事ご了承ください。(※在庫販売商品は注文から1週間以内、受注生産商品は注文から1～1.5か月が目安)
・上記の場合、お支払いのタイミングは受注生産商品出荷時にまとめてお支払いとなります事ご了承ください。
・在庫販売商品の在庫が無くなり次第、受注生産へと切り替えさせて頂きます。(カートページにて在庫販売か受注生産の見分けが可能です。)
・同じ品番, 色, サイズの"在庫販売"と"受注生産"をカートに入れられた後に、一部注文枚数をカートから削除されたい場合は、"受注生産"商品から削除下さい。
・在庫販売としてご注文いただいた際でも、他のお客様と同時刻でのご注文となった場合は、注文／決済完了までが早い方を優先し、もう一方のお客様には受注生産として進行させて頂く場合がございます。
